- Draft, review, and negotiate all types of contracts clients, ensuring company's interests are well protected at all times.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and Handling court cases for commercial and labor issues.
- Examine the legal issues related to our products and services.
- Provide legal advice and device creative solutions on all aspects of our business operations and interests.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders in resolving complex legal and commercial issues by continuously researching and keeping abreast of practices and development to ensure maximum protection of company’s interests.
- Find innovative solutions to serve and protect the business needs in complex and/or challenging deals and transactions.
- Work with other members of the legal team on special projects and initiatives.
- Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
Bachelor’s degree in law3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic, with the capacity to draft comprehensive documents in both languages.Strong ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels in the organization, including at the governance and regulator levels.Attention to details.Excellent communication and people skillsExcellent in Microsoft officeGood problem-solving abilitiesAbility to meet agreed with deadlines and work under pressure.
