Purpose



Follow-up of employees’ services (canteen, Transportation, ….) Organization of internal events related to employees, Follow up of employees Individuals claims, Check compliance of Providers with law, Maersk third parties’ requirements and contracts, Check and follow costs of services,

Key Responsibilities



Follow proactively Canteen services: + Ensure continuity, quality, and conformity of canteen services, in partnership with Canteen provider,
+ Receive internal requests, Order, and follow-up of Canteen extra services (Events, Trainings, …) based on the Internals setup and rules,
+ Organise and follow Canteen special menus and periods (Ramadan Iftars, Ramadan Shour, Aid EL Adha Meals, Aid Al Fitr Meals, Celebrations, Monthly Updates, …)
+ Ensure Procurement process (PRs, PO’s, Delivery Notes...)
+ Check delivery notes and Canteen consumption Pointing,
+ Follow HSSE reports and related actions Plan with the provider,
+ Follow Canteen equipment maintenance,
+ Follow up Canteen equipment and items inventory (Monthly),
Follow proactively Transportation services: + Ensure continuity, quality, and conformity of transportation services, in partnership with Transportation provider,
+ Receive internal requests, Order, and follow-up of Transportation extra services (Events, Trainings, …) based on the Internals setup and rules,
+ Ensure Procurement process (PRs, POs, Delivery Notes...)
+ Check delivery notes and transportation Pointing,
+ Follow HSSE reports and related actions Plan with the provider,
+ Follow buses maintenance,
Follow Continuously costs of Canteen and transportation services, Follow costs optimisation actions and plans, Check proactively compliance of Subcontractors Admin services (Attendance, Payroll Dates, Admin Documents, distribution of pay slips, disciplinary process Administration) Follow Proactively PPE’s distribution process (Respect of deadlines, Quality, and quantity compliance), Follow proactively individuals claims / Conflicts related or from employees, Fill dashboards and KPIs linked to providers, Organize weekly meetings with providers, HSSE. RP and delegates, Follow and organise any activity, event, forum related to APMT Employees, Check periodically Providers’ compliance to labour Law, Maersk requirements and contracts, Follow Providers Actions Plans to ensure compliance, Reports any major risk, non-compliance or misconduct related to Providers, At all times follow safety procedures and instructions as/where applicable Report any unsafe situation linked to Services (canteen, Transportation, Events), Send all reports requested to concerned parts. E-mails monitoring

Who we are looking for



Master’s degree in management, Law, Human Resources, or logistics, Requires at least 1 year of prior work experience, as Employees or General Services, or similar job that has proven experience in HR Administration, Events organization, HR development, Knowledge of Moroccan labour law is a plus, Actions and Solutions oriented, Must be a field person close to people, Good listening and communication skills in Arabic, French and English,
