As the Contractor Web Designer, you will own the user experience and interface design for core areas of the platform, including workflow creation, data management, task review, and node configuration. You will collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to transform complex business and technical requirements into intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end user experiences for complex data workflows, from initial data upload through final export. Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and scalable design patterns. Improve usability and efficiency of workflow builder components, including flow canvases, action panels, and task configuration interfaces. Design intuitive forms, dashboards, tables, and process-oriented user interfaces. Conduct user-centered design activities, including user journey mapping, heuristic evaluations, and lightweight usability testing. Ensure interfaces are responsive, accessible, and optimized for desktop and mobile experiences. Establish clear interaction patterns that support data quality, error prevention, user guidance, and operational confidence. Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into elegant and practical design solutions. Contribute to consistent design standards and scalable UI frameworks across the platform.
Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in Web Design, UX/UI Design, or Product Design. Proven experience designing enterprise Saa S applications, operational platforms, or data-heavy products. Strong proficiency in Figma (preferred design tool). Deep understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, interaction design, and information architecture. Experience designing forms, tables, dashboards, workflow builders, and process-driven interfaces. Solid understanding of responsive design best practices. Practical knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
