Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Back-end Developer with over 7 years of Java experience, an expert in microservices and event-driven architectures, and proficient in Spring Boot and Kafka. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in high-volume environments with stringent quality requirements. Responsibilities include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications in Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka - Implementing microservices and event-driven architectures - Participating in all phases of the application lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance - Improving CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous, high-quality delivery - Contributing to product quality through automated testing, test coverage, SonarQube, SOLID principles, and Yagni - Providing ongoing maintenance for existing applications - Working within the Agile Scrum methodology, in collaboration with the Product, Design, and Tech teams

Desired Candidate Profile

Over 7 years of experience in Java and Kafka

Proven experience on high-volume distributed sorting systems

Experience in retail/mass distribution is a plus

Technical skills:

Languages ​​& Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, Kafka

Architecture: Microservices, Event-driven

Databases: Relational and document-oriented

DevOps: CI/CD, DevOps practices

Version control: Git

Quality & Craftsmanship: Tests, SOLID, YAGNI, Sonar

Soft Skills: Fluent communication in French, analytical skills, teamwork, respect for deadlines
