- إدارة مشاريع الرعاية الصحية؛
- إدارة تسويق الرعاية الصحية؛
- التنسيق الطبي؛
- برامج المرضى؛
- هياكل رعاية داعمة؛
- أو قطاع medico-social.
يتولى مدير العمليات تقاربه مباشرة مع الرئيس ويعمل بتنسيق وثيق مع رؤساء الأقسام ومقدمي الدعم والشركاء العلميّين والشركاء المؤسسيين والشركاء المؤسسيين.

- Coordination of operations, teams, and projects;
- Organizational structuring & support for organizational transition;
- Management and monitoring tools;
- Supervision of communication and scientific coherence;
- Coordination of fundraising and partnerships;
- Recruitment and integration.
Required profile :
We are ideally looking for a(n):
- Doctor;
- Nurse;
- Psychologist;
- Pharmacist;
- Or a healthcare professional with strong experience in coordination, management, or operational direction.
Experience in one of the following environments would be particularly appreciated:
- Pharmaceutical industry;
- Healthcare project management;
- Healthcare marketing management;
- Medical coordination;
- Patient programs;
- Support care structures;
- Or the medico-social sector.
The Operations Manager reports directly to the President and works in close coordination with department heads, support providers, scientific partners, and institutional and corporate partners.
