Under the responsibility of the UAP manager, the manufacturing team leader's mission is to ensure the management of a manufacturing team in order to guarantee the requirements of health, safety, quality, and productivity.

5S & SSE: Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety regulations, and internal regulations of the establishment.

Quality: Ensure monitoring and analysis of individual performance in terms of Quality and Productivity. Ensure compliance with the manufacturing process and the correct execution of procedures related to product realization. Provide necessary technical assistance to the team personnel. Promote actions for improvement of Quality and productivity. Inform the controller of any anomaly detected on the components used. Inform the Preparer of any anomaly detected on the manufacturing file.

Team Management: Supervision, animation, and motivation of a team responsible for executing the tasks entrusted to them. Welcoming and integrating new operators. Monitoring, with the help of the versatility grid, the adequacy of each operator's skills with the work to be performed.

Productivity: Ensure the daily updating of time tracking (GTA) and production indicators. PDP Realization: Ensure monitoring and maintenance of the manufacturing schedule for their team (STS). Ensure the organization and supervision of overtime when necessary.

Production Means: Inform the manufacturing methods technician of any anomaly detected on a manufacturing tool and ensure the management and routine maintenance of the machines made available in their lot.
