We are looking for an experienced/senior back-end developer, skilled in Spring Boot, Kafka, and MongoDB, with significant experience in designing and operating distributed services in an Agile/DevOps environment.

Their missions:

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end microservices in Java / Spring Boot.
• Implement and operate real-time messaging and streaming solutions via Kafka.
• Develop and optimize MongoDB databases to handle large volumes of data.
• Participate in technical and functional design phases.
• Integrate quality best practices (testing, code reviews, CI/CD).
• Contribute to application security and performance.
• Work closely with front-end, DevOps, and product teams.
• Work in an Agile environment (Scrum/SAFe).

Skills sought:

• 5 years of experience in Java development minimum
• Very good command of Java / Spring Boot.
• Expertise in Kafka (streaming, messaging, high availability).
• Experience in MongoDB (modeling, optimization, handling large volumes).
• Solid knowledge of microservices and REST API integration.
• Experience with CI/CD environments and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Agile / Scrum methodologies.
