Under the responsibility of the Collection Manager, the Collection Officer is in charge of a portfolio of French and foreign clients to be followed up. Their mission is to do what is necessary to ensure that a creditor receives payment for an outstanding sum. To this end, the collection officer will multiply initiatives and be proactive in achieving their goals by contacting debtors.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac +2/Bac +3 training, with a specialization in accounting, management or debt collection.
- 2-4 years of experience with mastery of collection processes.
- Proven skills in claims management, follow-up of reminders, and resolution of customer disputes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, collection software, ERP, etc.).
- Languages: Proficiency in French (mandatory), English and Spanish (intermediate or fluent level) for communicating with international clients.
- Rigor, organization, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
