Expert in our EDI systems (EDIFrance/WebEDI, EDIConnect), the EDI Project Manager ensures the operational and technical interface between the business needs of the client's Supply Chain and the EDI solutions.

1. EDI Project Management & Partner Management

• Conducting EDI projects: End-to-end management (technical migrations, integration of new flows, connection openings).
• Management of the Generix provider: Facilitating follow-up meetings, scoping evolution requests, controlling service quality and adherence to commitments (SLA).
• Multi-stakeholder coordination: Central interface between the provider, Business Units/Departments, IT teams, and the internal IT department.

2. Design, Implementation & Testing

• Scoping & Specifications: Analysis of functional needs and drafting of technical specifications (flow mapping).
• Development & Configuration: Configuration and implementation of new EDI messages.
• Validation & Testing: Coordination of unit tests (TU) and non-regression tests, then validation of flow compliance with the departments.
• Go-live: Management of deployments and change support.

3. Operational Maintenance & Support

• Supervision & Evolution: Daily monitoring of flow generation and integration; corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the existing EDI catalog.
• Level 3 Operational Support: Handling complex incidents and resolving high-impact anomalies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bac+5 degree (Engineering school or university) in IT, or equivalent experience
• More than 7 years of experience in EDI flow management
• Experience in the retail / mass distribution sector would be an asset

Required Skills:

Must Have

• Expertise in EDI and mass distribution procurement processes: Supply Chain, invoice dematerialization, banking flows)
• Mastery of EDIFACT exchange standards and SAP integration (IDocs)
• Experience with tools used by Generix: TradeXpress, GCN, AS2, X400, Infinity

Nice to Have

• Experience with file exchanges/transfers: CFT, Connect Direct, SFTP
• Storage: Message buckets: Kafka (Apache), QSeries
• Synchronous: API
• Supervision: Syslog, DOCUMENTTRACKER
• Monitoring: Mastery of the latest industry standards and developments in the EDI field.
