Your missions: As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be responsible for: Gathering and analyzing stakeholder needs. Leading workshops and formalizing functional requirements. Modeling business processes (as-is / to-be). Writing functional documentation: needs expression, DAF, user stories, functional specifications. Ensuring the interface between business and technical teams. Supporting technical teams in clarifying functional needs. Participating in acceptance testing (UAT) and change management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile required: Bac+5 degree (Engineering school, Business school, or equivalent university qualification). Minimum 6 years of experience on ServiceNow. Good functional knowledge of ServiceNow Mobile solutions. Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills. Ability to work in close collaboration with the client (remote and on-site). Strong skills in writing functional documentation in French (specifications, DAF, user stories). Very good communication skills in French (English is a plus). CSA certification is mandatory. CIS-CSM and CIS-FSM certifications are highly recommended.
