Job Description: As part of managing the operational activities of a service center, the Resource & Operations Coordinator ensures the administrative and operational coordination of resources, monitors staffing needs, and facilitates the smooth flow of information between local teams, teams in France, managers, and support functions. The role requires strong organizational, monitoring, and cross-functional coordination skills to guarantee resource availability, data reliability, and the efficient processing of various operational processes. Resource & Staffing Management: Gather and monitor resource needs reported by teams in France and operational teams. Track staffing requests related to client needs. Coordinate the search for and proposal of profiles based on skills, availability, and constraints. Prepare and maintain consultant skills files. Monitor resource availability, assignments, and movements. Coordinate with recruitment teams when new profiles are needed. Maintain a consolidated view of needs, available resources, and allocations. Contribute to monitoring and controlling resource-related costs. Operational Administration: Ensure the monitoring and reporting of non-working hours (HNO), in coordination with the Finance teams to ensure the accuracy of billing information. Ensure the administrative and operational monitoring of freelancers: contracts, activity, time off in lieu, leave, billing information, and coordination with the Finance teams. Monitor administrative matters related to employees and assignments. Coordinate cross-functional requests and other administrative procedures related to travel or assignments in coordination with the administrative teams. Ensure the monitoring of information necessary for employee mobility. Coordination & Reporting: Organize regular meetings with the French teams and various stakeholders. Prepare the necessary information for meetings and ensure follow-up on actions. Maintain tracking spreadsheets and operational indicators. Produce regular reports on resources, needs, staffing, availability, and administrative matters. Identify discrepancies or roadblocks and follow up until they are resolved. Ensure smooth communication between local teams, France, recruitment, managers, and support functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bac+5 qualification in management, human resources, administration or equivalent field.

Experience: 5 years of experience in a service environment, IT services company, consulting, human resources, staffing, or operational coordination. Experience in resource management or staffing is a plus. Experience in an international environment or with teams based in France is appreciated.

Skills: Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Proficient in Excel and reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Comfortable coordinating with various stakeholders. Good written and oral communication skills in French. Professional English is a plus. Meticulous in tracking data and deadlines. Ability to follow up, prioritize, and move projects forward.
