المؤهلات: بكالوريوس/ماجستير (2-5 سنوات من التعليم العالي) في الهندسة (هندسة ميكانيكية، التوطين الصناعي، هندسة صناعية، أو ما يعادلها). خبرة في إدارة المشاريع، والتخطيط، وإصدار PLM، أو إدارة مشاريع السيارات. معرفة بعمليات APQP وقواعد إدارة الإصدار/التغيير الهندسي الذهبية. القدرة على قيادة الاجتماعات وإدارة الفرق متعددة التخصصات (فريق المشروع، ورش العمل، الموردين). دقة وتنظيم جيدين مع مهارات جيدة في العلاقات مع العملاء. مهارات تواصل fluent (B2+). إتقان/القدرة على إتقان: SAP/SIGAPP، BI-SAP، Docinfo، PLM، DEVIN، ARIANE، SOREPP، أداة APQP، حزمة مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Word، Excel، PowerPoint).
Job Description
Configuration Management & PLM; Project phase scoping and milestone tracking; Processing of OA/LA in PLM and creation/tracking of parts sets; Creation and tracking of V&V tests (PIV); Updating of delivery KPIs and ensuring compliance with PLM Golden Rules; Creation and management of configuration files; Facilitation & coordination; Facilitation of configuration check meetings; Facilitation of EDL committees and KPI reporting to Project Management; Facilitation of robustness (RT) meetings and engineering change meetings (GDM/ISS); Ensuring compliance with the APQP grid; Monitoring & reporting; Tracking of deliveries and the BOM (built in PLM NP/PA); Reporting and tracking of published LA/NP/PA; Management of summary files (part sets, V&V tests, Golden Rules); Tracking of LDPs (product decision letters) and summarizing meetings Associates: Issue analysis and KPI monitoring; Engineering change tracking with reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications: Bac+2/3/5 (2-5 years of higher education) in engineering (mechanical engineering, industrialization, industrial engineering, or equivalent). Experience in project management, planning, PLM release, or automotive project management. Knowledge of APQP processes and the Golden Rules of engineering release/change management. Comfortable leading meetings and managing cross-functional teams (project team, workshops, suppliers). Rigorous, organized, and with good client relations. Fluent communication skills (B2+). Proficient in/needs to be proficient in: SAP/SIGAPP, BI-SAP, Docinfo, PLM, DEVIN, ARIANE, SOREPP, APQP tool, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
