الملف الشخصي المرغوب

1. Monitor new Supplier Industrial Change Notifications (SICNs) and resubmissions from receipt to closure. 2. Conduct an initial review of SICNs to identify missing information, relevant stakeholders, and potential risks. 3. Ensure the updating of monitoring tools and associated documentation (SMP, Tracker, reports, status updates, and action items). 4. Track comments, requests for additional information, and actions related to SICNs. 5. Identify and track overdue requests or actions with suppliers and ensure necessary follow-up. 6. Coordinate and participate in risk validation meetings with the relevant teams. 7. Organize and participate in Supplier Change Assessments (SCAs) for SICNs presenting a medium or high risk level. 8. Coordinate closing meetings with internal teams and ensure files are updated until closure. 9. Prepare and present medium/high risk topics during reviews with quality teams and relevant stakeholders. 10. Prepare and lead periodic reviews, including bi-weekly and PRM reviews. 11. Monitor and update key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SICN and supplier risks. 12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the supplier change management and risk control process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Advanced degree (Master's level or equivalent) in quality, engineering, industrial management, or a related field. 1-3 years of professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in supplier quality, change management, risk management, or project coordination. Experience in a demanding industrial environment and/or with international suppliers is an asset. A good understanding of industrial processes and the impact of changes in processes, components, suppliers, or production equipment is required.
- Supplier management: Ensure supplier follow-up, coordinate exchanges with different stakeholders, monitor requests and action plans, carry out necessary follow-ups, identify any risks or discrepancies and guarantee compliance with commitments and deadlines.
- Analysis and Synthesis: Ability to effectively analyze data, identify discrepancies and synthesize complex information for clear decision-making.
- Customer Relations: Strong customer orientation, ability to understand and manage customer expectations/opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills in English to present reports, propose actions and collaborate within the team.
