Foundever is recruiting outbound customer service representatives for its site based in Casanearshore.
In this context, you will be responsible for :
• Contact customers who are considering canceling their contracts.
• Develop the customer portfolio
. • Market and promote products.
• Identify customer needs, advise them, and offer solutions tailored to their needs, while adhering to guidelines established by management.
• Ensure the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management.
Desired Profile:
Having completed a Baccalaureate or higher education program.
Prior experience in outbound calling is desirable.
A good level of French language (both spoken and written).
A sense of listening and service.
A good knowledge of computer tools.
Diligent, involved, punctuates.

• تسويق وترويج المنتجات.
• تحديد احتياجات العملاء، وتقديم المشورة لهم، وتقديم حلول مخصصة لاحتياجاتهم، مع الالتزام بالتوجيهات المحددة من قبل الإدارة.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب:
حاصل على شهادة البكالوريا أو مستوى تعليم عالي.
يُفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال المكالمات الصادرة.
مستوى جيد في اللغة الفرنسية (تحدثاً وكتابةً).
تمتع بمهارات الاستماع وحس الخدمة.
معرفة جيدة بالأدوات المعلوماتية.
مجتهد، متفانٍ، ومنضبط في المواعيد.
