YOUR MISSION: 

Reporting to the Information Systems Department, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational readiness (MCO) of all SUEZ Morocco's IT infrastructure and applications. In this role, you will:

• Ensure the operational maintenance (MCO) of IT infrastructures and applications (servers, networks, workstations, business applications).
• Manage and develop the virtualization environment (hypervisors, virtual machines, resource allocation).
• Manage backups and contribute to the business continuity/disaster recovery plan: planning, monitoring, restoration testing.
• Provide user support (levels 1 and 2): diagnosis, incident resolution, follow-up via the ticketing tool, and escalation if necessary.
• Manage the company's telecom infrastructure: fixed and mobile telephony, relations with operators, monitoring of contracts and subscriptions.
• Participate in updating the technical documentation and ensuring compliance with best practices in IT security.
• Contribute to the IT infrastructure evolution and modernization projects

Desired Candidate Profile

Bac+3 Bac+5 training in computer science, networks and telecommunications, or information systems.

Experience 3-5 years of experience in systems, network and infrastructure administration, ideally in an industrial or multi-site environment.

Technical skills

• Administration of Windows Server servers and Active Directory environments.
• Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V): creation, administration and supervision of VMs.
• Backup and restore solutions (Veeam or equivalent).
• LAN/WAN networks, VPN, Wi-Fi and basic computer security concepts.
• Management of telecoms parks (fixed telephony, mobile, operator relations).
• My proficiency with support and ticketing tools; diagnostic skills

Rigour, responsiveness and a sense of priorities when dealing with incidents. A service-oriented mindset and good interpersonal skills with users. Autonomy, team spirit and the ability to report effectively.

Mastery of French; Arabic and/or English are a plus
