Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Cross Business Units Marketing Manager Morocco (Communication & Promotion) f/m” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:


  • Implement a holistic user journey in the country towards end users and retail partners based on regional cross BU strategy, Marketing concepts and specific “P” guidelines in close cooperation with all local Marketing Manager
  • Delivers excellence in execution and optimization of REACT KPIs in the country
  • Lead of local cross BU communication touchpoints
  • Focus on the implementation of the “P” Promotion/ Communication to achieve a holistic user journey in the country including local cross business unit
  • Transfer Price management offline: Point Of Sales, Offline materials
  • Proofreading and local adaptation of Cross BU communication material (e.g. Newsletter)
  • After sales communication
  • Direct to user (D2U) communication
  • Plans campaigns together with retailer
  • Adapt communication of local promotion and integrate it holistically in the User journey
  • Executes regional event concepts

Qualifications
  • Good in local touchpoint management
  • Very good Marketing know-how along all Ps
  • Excellent in branding and good understanding of UX related to information and purchase decision of target group
  • Sales affinity and good understanding of the B2B retailer landscape
  • Understanding of the digital landscape in relation to the target group
  • Operational experience in marketing
