Main Job Scope:

You will o versee end-to-end supply planning in NALI, optimizing inventory levels, delivery, and production scheduling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply plans with demand and business goals. Analyze demand patterns, production capacity, and inventory to develop customer-centric supply plans while controlling costs. Manage supplier performance, resolve supply issues, and ensure quality compliance. Drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective actions. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end supply planning process within the NALI region, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
Develop and execute supply plans that meet customer demand, optimize inventory levels, and minimize costs.
Collaborate closely with demand planning, production, procurement, and logistics teams to align supply plans with demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory targets.
Analyze demand patterns, production capacity, and inventory levels to identify risks, opportunities, and potential constraints in the supply chain.
Work closely with external suppliers to manage supplier performance, resolve supply issues, and maintain compliance with quality and delivery standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, optimize inventory, and improve supply chain efficiency.
Monitor (KPIs) related to supply planning, such as service levels, inventory turns, and production efficiency.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from targets or performance issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and collaboration across the supply chain.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply planning and supply chain management.
Work closely with demand planning manager to drive complexity reduction in terms of SKUs and be part of all S&OP discussions.
Deliver the business supply planning process, particularly the annual supply planning process, to ensure a robust supply plan is issued to the manufacturing sourcing units, third party and sourcing teams for volume and cost planning purposes.
Manages material inventories and material call offs of RM/PM with suppliers within set inventory targets.
Determine inbound logistics requirements.
Support project teams and ensure appropriate early management with rigor in delivering innovation through the wider supply chain.
Run up/ run down of all materials in times of innovations/promotions to ensure limited business waste and on time availability of new materials.

Job Experiences & Qualifications required:

10+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Knowledge of the consumer goods industry and market dynamics.
Familiarity with quality management systems and supplier relationship management.
Ability to lead change/transformation with a positive impact
Willingness to travel as needed to support implementation and collaboration efforts across the region.
