We are seeking a skilled Delivery Specialist or Systems Administrator with experience in Dell PowerEdge Servers (Rack and Tower, Modular) and Dell Data Center Networking to join our team. As a Delivery Specialist or Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in the successful deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Dell PowerEdge Servers and Networking solutions. Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery process of Dell PowerEdge Servers and Networking solutions, including deployment planning, coordination, and execution.
• Configure and install Dell PowerEdge Servers (Rack and Tower, Modular) based on client requirements and industry best practices.
• Perform hardware and software installations, firmware updates, and system configurations to optimize Dell PowerEdge Server performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client requirements and provide technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of Dell PowerEdge Servers.
• Assist in the design and implementation of Dell Data Center Networking solutions, including switches, routers, and network security devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to Dell PowerEdge Servers and Networking components.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and manage Dell PowerEdge Server inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and timely replenishment.
• Stay updated with the latest Dell technologies, product releases, and industry trends, sharing knowledge and insights with the team and clients as needed.
