You role will involve managing demand planning, improving S&OP key metrics in NALI region. You will contribute to company-wide demand planning processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives. As well as integrating activity plans with CD, CCD, and marketing teams to generate unconstrained demand.
Responsibilities will include analyzing data, evaluating activities, and identifying sales volume risks and opportunities. You will refine forecasting processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovation, and promotion plans. Ensuring alignment between supply and demand plans, monitoring stock levels, and actively participating in the Supply & Demand Reconciliation Meeting. You will be managing inventory, conducting financial and range forecasting, and leading change management for S&OP implementation.

Job Responsibilities:



Manage the full NALI demand planning process, focusing on eliminating bias and improving forecast accuracy.
Provide input into company-wide demand planning processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the region.
Oversee the integration of activity plans with CD, CCD, and Marketing teams to generate unconstrained demand on top of the baseline.
Identify and highlight risks and opportunities in sales volume through statistical analyses, activity evaluations, and CD feedback.
Develop and refine forecasting processes, models, and tools to enhance accuracy and improve demand forecasts.
Generate and improve demand forecasts for the business using various methods, including base forecasting.
Regularly review the SKU portfolio with extended teams (customer, finance, and supply chain) and make appropriate recommendations for complexity management.
Collaborate with Brand and Customer Marketing teams on innovation and promotion plans and forecasts, respectively.
Manage and report (KPIs) selected for category team scorecards.
Ensure monthly (FGs) supply plan alignment with the agreed demand plan and month-end FG stock targets.
Play a key role as a member of the Supply & Demand Reconciliation Meeting to align supply, demand plans, and optimize inventory levels.
Establish joint projects between Demand Planning and Supply Planning to increase planning communication, improve responsiveness, and enhance flexibility.
Monitor the current month's performance daily and provide feedback to management.
Ensure timely reviews of the operational forecast in collaboration with CCD, and manage operational issues to match supply and demand.
Manage slow-moving and obsolete FG, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to minimize inventory write-offs and optimize stock levels.
Ensure updated and agreed volume forecasts are submitted.
Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to create the range forecasting for informed decision-making.
Lead the change management process by implementing S&OP in the relevant category, driving alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
Act as a full-time member of Category Teams within the S&OP process, actively participating in decision-making and strategy development.
Act as a full-time member of the S&D Reconciliation Meeting within the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between supply and demand plans.

Job Experiences & Qualifications required:



10+ years of experience in supply chain management
Strong knowledge of demand planning methodologies, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement principles.
Proficiency in forecasting processes, models, and tools, with a focus on driving accuracy improvements.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of financial forecasting processes.
Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to drive change, facilitate collaboration, and achieve results.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience on SAP ERP, APO
Cross functional business process knowledge.
Budgeting & Planning
Ability to lead change/ transformation with a positive impact
Willingness to travel as needed to support implementation and collaboration efforts across the region.
