Specialist Payroll ( Agadir ) MA-09-Berrechid - BER00008M Specialist Payroll · Ensures correct implementation of company pension schemes, deferred compensation, etc. in the payroll · Acts as contact person regarding payroll concerns for relevant external, e.g. tax authorities, pension fund, health insurance, unemployment agency and internal, e.g. accounting, tax, C&B, HR business partners, managers, employees, stakeholders · Implements and drives LEONI HR standard processes, guideline and standards and customize them to tax or legal requirements in country in alignment with global HR to ensure standardization in the country Your skills : · Master Degree in Human Resources with 2 years of experience in the automotive industry · New Hire Administration skills · Payroll Deductions skills · Payroll Processing and Reporting skills · Local Tax & social contribution Knowledge French is mandatory with basic English Knowledge
