Introduction
Known as the ‘knowledge behind the numbers’, Financial Analysts are considered to be trusted business advisors, working within IBM’s business units and geographies, as well as in a myriad of specialized corporate functions. IBM’s finance organization is instrumental in driving innovative improvements to global financial processes while providing measurable value to the business.

Your Role and Responsibilities
– Submission of IC invoices payments: coordinate with different BUs (brands, Tax, intercompany and Treasury), gather all required documentation, submit to local signatories & to the bank
– Foreign vendors payment : coordinate with AP, Tax and Treasury and submit required Foreign suppliers payments.
– Manager payment terms law activities: coordination between AP, Procurement, Treasury, Tax advisor and PWC auditors
– Fill regulatory quarterly surveys (Exchange office and HCP)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
– Communication skills
– Understanding of local regulations and Exchange office (office des changes) requirements
– Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc)
– Required languages: French & English
