We are looking for a dynamic and structured Regional Sales Manager for the position located in Marrakesh, Morocco, covering Tensift area and reporting to Sales Manager, Morocco.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for the achievement of pre-defined Sales & Distribution (S&D) key targets. You will be a direct counterpart to Sales Manager on the distributor’s side. Working at regional level, you will be covering all the aspects of coordination and collaboration with the distributor making sure that Sales & Distribution and Route To Market strategies have been implemented.  You will be closely monitoring and following up upon respective activities.


You will be working in close collaboration with Supply Chain & Logistics, Trade Marketing and Consumer & Trade Activation (C&TA) departments for consumer plans & activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and strengthening the relationship with Trade key partners and Trade unions.



Travels extensively & regularly by car around own region including rural areas; role being in major part to be present throughout the region to ensure maximized deployment and execution and to establish a close contact with retailers- Willing to move at a point of time to another region and another base

EDUCATION


University degree or equivalent..


WORK EXPERIENCE


5+ years of experience in Sales & Distribution/Channel management/Trade marketing/ distributor management & implementation of consumer and costumer Programs.


SKILLS



  • Fluent in English, French & Arabic. "Berber" would be an appreciated plus.

  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.

  • Distributor management.

  • Excellent Negotiation skills.

  • Good understanding of Sales & Distribution and Trade Marketing Activation.

  • Good project management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.

  • Ability to find solutions and drive results.
