Basic purpose of the role:



The Regional HR Business Partner reports to the Regional HR Director for ME and Africa. The role is based in Dubai, handling the UAE perimeter as well as Egypt, Qatar, Morocco, and Algeria remotely.
The working environment is diversified, multicultural and enriching. The Africa and Middle East region is under the "One Roof" concept, which means we support businesses from Airbus Helicopters, Defense and Space and Commercial, which will allow you to discover the diversity of our products and functions.
The Regional HRBP is the HR focal point of their perimeter, working closely with our operational and center of excellence teams in order to deliver the best solutions to our employees and business leaders with efficiency and high quality standards. The position holder will also be responsible for the training and development of the next generation of HRBPs.

Main responsibilities:



- Work closely with the business and support managers with all human resources related topics
- Develop and maintain strong employee relations
- Assist the business with all their recruitment needs
- Lead the people development campaigns: performance management, salary and team reviews, talent pool development, succession planning …
- Coach employees and guide them in their development and career plan
- Manage, train and develop a team of young professionals to become future HRBPs
- Contribute to our top company objectives: inclusion and diversity, attraction and retention strategies, building the next generation, upskilling our leaders …
- Develop and Manage the Headcount plan in alignment with the group directives

Personal profile:



- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- At least 7+ years of experience in human resources
- Ability to work in a complex and multicultural environment
- Good listening and communication skills
- Ability to build and develop trustful relationships
- English proficiency is a must, French/Arabic is a plus
