Manage accounts receivable, coordinate with teams for prompt issue resolution, and execute transactions within defined procedures to meet our targets. You will provide essential first-level support for user issues, reporting to the OTC Process Lead/Team Lead and collaborating with key stakeholders like the Accounting Manager, Regional Process Lead, Terminal Finance team, OTC BPEs and BPEs , and Execution team for other functions.

Conduct customer analysis encompassing trends, payments, disputes, and on-account matters, proactively driving collections strategies based on this data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cash applications, invoicing, dispute, and sales, to expedite the resolution of customer issues.
Handle billing invoice generation and processing.
Perform regular self-assessments to ensure the effectiveness of OTC controls reaches 100%.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for compliance reporting and audits.
Conduct revenue analysis, including customer service, and volume mix.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Proficient in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Fluent in English.
