We are looking for an experienced CATEGORY MANAGER MARKETING & SALES located on site (Casablanca).


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


Reporting to Cluster Procurement Manager you will be managing procurement activities for the Marketing category within the N&WA cluster as well as supporting the local organization with other strategic procurement activities.  As Category Manager, you will be rolling-out appropriate strategies, ensure  Regional/Cluster alignment and compliance with strategies by applying  Category Management principles, and developing and coordinating Regional/Local  implementation plans as per Global/Regional directions.



You will act as a true business partner, ensuring business connectivity and fostering collaborative business partnership with specific stakeholders, You will be expected to develop a customer-oriented approach, aligns strategy with key business partners and ensures it meets Business' priorities.



You will also be involved in financial planning, following up on KPIs and targets.



Additionally in this role you will be covering the following main dimensions:



- Acting as a main contact for Global Category Manager 



- Participating in financial planning and deliver benefits/value within their perimeter of action



- Driving ad hoc cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives



- Applying Category Management principles, and develop and coordinate Regional/Local  implementation plans as per Global/Regional directions



- Ensuring business connectivity and foster collaborative business partnership with specific stakeholders



- Managing SRM with key Regional suppliers in full coordination with Global/Regional directions



- Ensuring Regional/Cluster alignment and compliance with strategies


EDUCATION


University degree in Finance / Supply Chain / Procurement.


WORK EXPERIENCE


3+ years of experience in a similar role in a multinational company/FMCG company

  • Excellent English & French, Arabic is a plus
