Technical Delivery Manager- Immediate Joiners Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager Location: Saudi Arabia Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Delivery Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, particularly those involving middleware integration within the IT domain. This is an immediate joiner position. Responsibilities:• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.• Manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success.• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear deliverables.• Oversee the integration of middleware technologies such as Apache Kafka, Rabbit MQ, and others to support business processes and applications.• Implement best practices for middleware administration, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and performance optimization.• Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols to safeguard sensitive data transmitted through middleware integration.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the technical delivery team. Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.• Proven experience (10+ years) as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar role in the IT industry.• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with middleware integration technologies such as Eg Middleware , Integration, i IB, MQ, API, Mulesoft, Apache Kafka, Rabbit MQ, and others.• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices, containerization, and cloud technologies is a plus.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.• Prior experience in the Middle East region, particularly Saudi Arabia, is preferred.• Immediate availability to join the team is required.
