We are pleased to announce the opening of a new position in Lear Connexion systems Tangier

Missions & Responsibilities

• Creator & Owner of Molding Master data (Molding DB, Matrix, Assignments, …)


• Responsible of qualifications & validations of new equipments (machine, tool, peripherals..)


• Creation of technical documents (instructions, parameters sheets, …)


• Support the team in technical meetings and problems solving


• Train injection molding personnel on fundamental process controls, material handling, material flow and general injection molding


• Application & Respect of procedures (HSE, quality, process, …)


• Maintain work discipline and order in the workplace


• Ensure process compliance in audits

Profile :

• Bac +2 or more in injection molding.


• Good technical background and experience in the plastic injection process.


• Good communication skills, analysis, and problem-solving skills.


• Spirit of analysis & synthesis


• Continuous improvement mindset


• Fluent in English and French.

Selection criteria:

• Minimum 2 years in same position (plastic injection / Automotive industry)
