• Ensure that there is work instructions (L4) covering all steps of the processes and that they are fit for purpose. Work actively with the BPEs to improve. • Develop clear action plans and closely work with the execution team to improve the performance of operational metrices • Take an active role as Key User and participate in community/network to where eg. questions about process and systems improvements are discussed • Take an active role in onboarding and training of employees working in the responsible domain. Minimum 12-14 years’ experience in respective process domain. Chief Accountant/FNA Manager/ Controller in respective functional area of expertise, preferable experience of at least 5 years .
