Key responsibilities:

·Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyses, and document business requirements for software development and enhancement projects.



·Conduct interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather and prioritize business needs.



·Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.



·Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.



·Assist in the design and documentation of workflows, data models, and system architectures.



·Support testing efforts by creating test plans, test cases, and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.



·Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on implemented systems and processes.



·Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and software development methodologies.



We are looking for:



·Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.



·1-2 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in software development or IT projects.



·Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources.



·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.



·Proficiency in documenting requirements using tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, or specialized requirements management software.



·Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams is a plus.
