Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in driving growth.
- Minimal understanding of accounting, tax, legal, sustainability, and digital services.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
