Job Description:
- Operational Performance: Ensure the smooth functioning of business units in multiple countries, overseeing processes, workflows, and service delivery to meet SLAs and customer expectations.
- Financial Targets: Achieve revenue targets (EBITA) set by the company for the region, with direct responsibility for the profitability of the units within the region.
- Budget Management: Control and maintain budgets for revenue and resources across the region, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with Consulate Officials in the region, serving as a key liaison and representing the company's interests in various matters.
- Consulate Liaison: Coordinate and liaise with Consulates on various operational and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance and smooth interactions.
- Process Enhancements: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements to optimize quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction across units.
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to country managers and operational teams across the region, ensuring alignment with company objectives and targets.
- Regional Performance Analysis: Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting for the region, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualification & Experience Required-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, etc.) preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, with at least 15 years of experience overseeing multiple countries or regions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence and business objectives.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management, revenue generation, and profitability analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving results.
- Experience in the outsourcing, technology, travel or service industry is preferable.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
