The Role of Catering Sales Manager:
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Catering Sales Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
Reporting into the Director of Catering, you will be part of a cohesive team with opportunity to build a successful career with global potential, and you will have the opportunity to engage in diverse and challenging work. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of negotiation and organization of groups and events.
Responsibilities will negotiation with clients, finalizing the requirements of confirmed bookings, conducting site inspections with potential clients, ensuring that all involved departments have the most updated information in regards to group and event requirements prior to arrival, supervising the execution of all groups and events, attending meetings with hotel teams and clients, finding solutions to any challenges that may arise, being the liaison for all vendor/supplier related client needs, and contributing to the preparation of forecasts and budgets.
Our Ideal Catering Sales Manager candidate will have:
A minimum of 5 years of luxury hotel catering experience, experience in a similar leadership position, a clear sales approach, passion for the pro-active sales as well as for event and group planning, the ability to think out of the box and be flexible and adaptable to last minute changes. You should have proficiency in MS Office, excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, an eye for detail, curiosity and a creative flair; bringing your personal touch and energy to our hotel!
Along with being strategic, analytical, and having solid business acumen, you will naturally also be a charismatic, nurturing, and inspiring leader with a strong passion for people welfare and development. You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule; creating great workplaces for all great people to deliver great experiences.
Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
