Role: Travel Consultant
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
Languages: English, French, and Darija (both written and verbal)
Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, Reservation Agent, or in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) to manage bookings for flights, hotels, and other travel services.
- Promote and sell long-haul destinations and luxury cruises to VIP clients.
- Design and deliver customized travel itineraries that align with client preferences and budget.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination-specific details.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in GDS platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Fluency in English, French, and Darija (both written and verbal).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
- A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple bookings and client requests simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
