Position: Modern Channel Supervisor

Location: Casablanca/Morocco

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Costumer orders followup and fullfilment
• Manage the relation between costumers central warehouse and store
• Execute the planogram in the store
• Insure product availability and display in the stores
• Supervise the merch teams and follow their kalipso usage
• Insure the respect of the promo plan in the stores

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Master degree (preferably in sales, distribution or marketing)
• Experience in Modern Trade or store management (big experience is not mandatory)
• Costumer relation Ship management skills
• With a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of finance,
• Basic English skills
• Production company experience
• Strong knowledge of the wholesale industry and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability for occasional travel
