Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation

Manage cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts

Review contracts, commercial documentation, and project cost reports

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

Support project delivery while ensuring commercial efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

Relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost management, and commercial administration

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Experience in building projects is essential

Mobility across Morocco

Fluency in both French and English is mandatory

Desired Candidate Profile

Senior Quantity Surveyor 7 10 years of experience

Quantity Surveyor (Buildings All Trades) 5 7 years of experience

Mobilit sur tout le Maroc

La ma trise du fran ais et de l anglais est obligatoire
