Job Description: We are recruiting a Banquet Supervisor passionate about exceptional service and organizing memorable events. Your main responsibilities will include: Supervising banquet operations and ensuring impeccable service during events; leading, motivating, and supporting the operational teams; ensuring compliance with the hotel's quality and service standards; coordinating with various departments to guarantee the smooth running of events; handling client requests and complaints professionally and responsively; participating in the training and development of staff; and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and internal procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in catering or banquet operations, ideally in luxury hotels. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong customer service orientation and commitment to operational excellence. Very good organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in standard computer applications. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Fluency in French and English is an asset.
