Job :
As part of the development of our industrial activities, we are recruiting a Methods Engineer to optimize production processes, improve industrial performance, and support continuous improvement projects.
The position is within a demanding industrial environment where cost control, quality, and productivity are key challenges.
Main missions
- Define, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes
- Implement and improve production ranges and bills of materials
- Perform time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis
- Identify and deploy continuous improvement actions (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
- Participate in reducing production costs and waste
- Support production teams in the industrialization of new products
- Ensure the updating of technical documentation and work standards
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and R&D departments
- Monitor industrial performance indicators (OEE, scrap, yield, etc.)
Required profile :
- Education: State Engineer in Industrial Engineering, Production, Logistics, or equivalent
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in methods, industrialization, or continuous improvement (internships included if substantial)
- Good command of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, VSM, SMED, Kaizen, etc.)
- Knowledge of quality tools (SPC, FMEA, PPAP, MSA are a plus)
- Good level in Excel and industrial analysis tools
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with field teams
