Job Description

As a Senior Data Engineer, your role will be to design, code, test and deploy pipelines for data ingestion, processing, modeling and valorization, so that this data can be rendered and visualized through web applications, using modern technologies.

Your main responsibilities:

Working in Data and Cloud environments, including GCP.
Leveraging BigQuery and advanced SQL on large volumes of data.
Integrating new LLM technologies into development routines.
Managing real-time data streams with Pub/Sub.
Automating data workflows via GitLab CI/CD and Docker Compose.
Versioning code with Git.
Collaborating in an agile environment (Scrum).
Data modeling and preparation: designing optimized pipelines in BigQuery,
ensuring the quality, reliability, and consistency of analyses.
Meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and excellence.

Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and orally in French for smooth interactions
with the profession and teams.
Analyze situations and propose appropriate solutions while identifying areas
for improvement
. Actively collaborate with team members, share knowledge and foster
a collective spirit to achieve common goals.
Apply a continuous improvement mindset to optimize practices and results.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

For this position, you will need:
Master DBT for data transformation and orchestration.

Significant experience in data modeling and
semantic layer implementation with Looker/LookML
; knowledge of machine learning and Agentic;
experience with the Google suite.
