Roles & Responsibilities

Design, structure and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes.

develop the ranges, nomenclatures, instruction sheets and operating procedures.

Managing industrialization projects (new products, industrial transfers).

Identify and implement continuous improvement actions (Lean, ergonomics, quality, productivity, safety).

Define the specific tooling and equipment requirements.

Ensure the monitoring of technical modifications and the preparation of industrial validation files (DVI, FAI).

To train and support production teams in the application of new methods.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering / Methods / Aeronautics or equivalent.
• Proven experience of 3-5 years in methods/industrialization in the aeronautical sector.
• Mastery of industrial processes (machining, assembly, surface treatment).
• Knowledge of aeronautical standards (EN9100, ISO9001).
• Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA/SolidWorks), ERP (SAP) and office automation (Office).
• Project management, continuous improvement and technical data analysis.
• Experience in cost management and industrial time calculation.
• Rigour, analytical mind, technical leadership and results orientation.
• French: good level | English: good level
