الوصف الوظيفي
المسؤوليات الأساسيةتخطيط الدروس مقدماً وإرسال الخطط عبر البريد الإلكتروني إلى رئيس المستوى والمنسق الأكاديمي.
إعداد وتنظيم المواد اللازمة للحصص.
تحقيق الأهداف الموضحة في الخطط العامة الموزعة في بداية العام.
الحفاظ على دفتر الدرجات محدثاً. إدخال الدرجات في نهاية كل فترة تقييم وفصل دراسي، في الموعد المحدد أو قبله.
تصميم وإعداد الاختبارات الشهرية لكل موضوع.
تصحيح جميع الأعمال الممنوحة.
الحفاظ على الغرفة الصفية مزخرفة بمواد تتعلق بالدروس والأنشطة والعطل.
أداء واجبات الإشراف الميداني المحددة.
التعاون مع قسم علم النفس لدعم الطلاب الذين يواجهون مشكلات أكاديمية أو سلوكية.
العمل مع المنسق الأكاديمي وعالم النفس لدعم الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، بما في ذلك المتعلمين الموهوبين.
حضور الاجتماعات مع المعلمين والمنسقين الأكاديميين ونواب المدير.
حضور ورش العمل المؤسسية.
المشاركة في اجتماعات أولياء الأمور والأنشطة المدرسية الخاصة.
الالتزام بجدول العمل المعتمد (وقت المغادرة يختلف حسب مستوى الصف).
العمل كوسيط بين الطلاب وإبلاغ أخصائي النفس بالاشتباكات و/أو إحالة الطلاب الذين يواجهون قضايا عاطفية أو شخصية أو أسرية.
التعاون مع أخصائي النفس لتنظيم مشاريع خدمة المجتمع وأنشطة جمع التبرعات.
مساعدة و/أو تنظيم مشاركة الطلاب في المعارض والأنشطة الأخرى.
الاتصال بالأهل/الأوصياء لدعوتهم إلى الاجتماعات أو الفعاليات الخاصة عند الضرورة.
تسجيل الحضور اليومي في النظام أو تقديم النماذج إلى قسم الدعم الأكاديمي.
جمع واجبات موضوعية لتنظيم المحفظة وفقاً لمعايير المستوى، في كل فترة تقييم.
تعيين طالب لتسجيل الواجب المنزلي ومراقبة لوحة الواجب المنزلي، لضمان استخدامها بشكل صحيح كل أسبوعين.
تشجيع مشاركة الطلاب في اللجان الفرعية لتعزيز العمل الجماعي ونشاطات المدرسة.
تعزيز التواصل المفتوح مع الطلاب وأولياء الأمور.
تشجيع أولياء الأمور/الأوصياء على حضور الاجتماعات التي تنظمها ISP CBNH وPTA.
النظر في الاحتياجات التعليمية الخاصة واحتياجاتهم الاجتماعية-العاطفية وإحالتهم إلى قسم علم النفس.
الحضور المدرسي بالزي الرسمي المناسب و/أو وفقاً لسياسات المؤسسة.
أداء واجبات أخرى تتعلق بالوظيفة.
المهارات والمؤهلات والخبرة- المجال/التخصص: شهادة البكالوريوس في التربية أو علم النفس أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- درجة الماجستير: مفضلة

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan lessons in advance and send plans via email to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
Prepare and organize the necessary materials for classes.
Fulfill the objectives outlined in the general plans distributed at the beginning of the year.
Maintain the grade book up to date. Enter grades at the end of each evaluation period and semester, on or before deadlines.
Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
Grade all assigned work.
Keep the classroom decorated with materials related to lessons, activities, and holidays.
Perform assigned playground supervision duties.
Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
Work with the Academic Coordinator and psychologist to support students with special needs, including gifted learners.
Attend meetings with teachers, academic coordinators, and assistant principals.
Attend institutional workshops.
Participate in parent meetings and special school activities.
Comply with the established work schedule (departure time varies by grade level).
Act as a mediator between students and inform the psychologist of conflicts and/or refer students experiencing emotional, personal, or family issues.
Collaborate with the psychologist to organize community service projects and fundraising activities.
Assist and/or organize student participation in fairs and other activities.
Contact parents/guardians to invite them to meetings or special events when necessary.
Record daily attendance in the system or submit forms to the Academic Support Department.
Collect subject-specific assignments for portfolio organization according to level criteria, each evaluation period.
Assign a student to record homework and monitor the Homework Board, ensuring its proper use every two weeks.
Encourage student participation in subcommittees to promote teamwork and school activities.
Promote open communication with students and parents.
Encourage parents/guardians to attend meetings organized by ISP CBNH and PTA.
Consider students' special learning and socio-emotional needs and refer them to the Psychology Department.
Attend school in proper uniform and/or according to institutional policies.
Perform other duties related to the position.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience- Field/Specialization: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
- Master’s Degree: Preferred
