Roles & Responsibilities
As a consultant in our Casablanca offices, you will support our local clients from various sectors of activity (transport, energy, banking & insurance, public sector), particularly in the context of their digital transformation projects: data management, IT strategy, new technologies (IoT, 5G, RPA, AI, blockchain), emerging technologies (quantum computing), cloud computing, SI APIzation, large program management, etc. You will work within a multidisciplinary team on a variety of missions such as: Organization & Governance: transformation of organizations and their operational model Operational strategy and transformation projects: definition of strategy and roadmap, framing and piloting of programs/projects, deployment support Operational Performance: definition/optimization of customer experience, core processes, and user journeys, operational excellence (Lean Management), audit/diagnosis and recommendations (organization, processes, governance, risk mapping...) Economic Performance: Business Cases, Benchmarks, financial optimization.
You will also be involved in the internal life of the firm, around different subjects: The development and strengthening of our offers through training, working groups, and the dissemination of internal and external support. The development of new opportunities through responses to tenders and commercial proposals. The publication policy of the team (writing articles, deciphering).
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduated with a Master's degree from a top engineering school, business school, or university, you ideally have consulting experience. You have an appetite for data and AI related issues, the ability to quickly acquire skills in these areas, and are enthusiastic about the idea of helping our clients seize opportunities.
