Reporting to the Industrial Department, the process engineering - maintenance engineer will be responsible for:

Missions:

Define, supervise, and coordinate needs and activities for industrial risk prevention across all company sites (Industrial sites, warehouses, and farms).
Maintenance organization and management,
Improvement of maintenance performance indicators,
Compliance with and application of safety, quality, and environmental procedures, and team skill development,
Adherence to the maintenance budget,
Execution of Capex projects within the allocated time and budget.

Job Responsibilities:

1- Organize, plan, and monitor maintenance work

Develop the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for various equipment, materials, and buildings, managing priorities and safety.
Respond to serious breakdowns and resolve problems quickly.
Manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers of spare parts and maintenance tools.
Monitor maintenance interventions, propose improvements to machine performance in terms of costs and utilization rates.
Manage the maintenance budget.
Design and improve maintenance procedures.
Technological and regulatory watch.

2- Lead your team

Organize teams, manage them administratively, train and lead them,
Provide them with technical support,
Raise awareness and train staff in first-level maintenance.

Profile sought:

• Hold an engineering degree from a reputable school in industrial process engineering.
• Preferably trained in IOSH ManagingSafely
• You have at least 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, etc.) in large-scale industry.
• You have proven experience in maintenance and industrial risk analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP, CMMS.
