المضيفة (المضيف) هي أول نقطة تفاعل للضيوف في مطاعمنا، وهي مصممة لتقديم تجارب لا تُنسى. يكرس هذا الدور لتقديم جودة وخدمة استثنائيتين لضيوفنا. هذا الدور جزء من منافذ منت، ويتبع مدير عمليات المنافذ.
ما ستقوم به:
- ترحيب الضيوف وتقديم خدمة استثنائية خلال تجربتهم تناول الطعام بالتعاون مع فريق من النوادل
- إدارة منصة الاستقبال، مراجعة كتاب الحجوزات وتقديم توصيات بشأن إعداد أقسام الطاولات
- ضمان نظافة كل قسم من غرف الطعام وإجراء التحسينات اللازمة وكذلك فحص كل طاولة قبل الافتتاح لضمان إعدادها بشكل صحيح
- تطوير معرفة عملية كاملة بالقوائم ومكونات القوائم ومعلومات المطعم
المرشح المطلوب
سنة إلى سنتين من الخبرة السابقة في قسم الأغذية والمشروبات؛ تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في فنادق فاخرة ميزة
القدرة على تشغيل أجهزة الكمبيوتر وأنظمة الكمبيوتر في قسم الأغذية والمشروبات

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Host(ess) is the first interaction for guests in our Restaurants, and is the designer of memorable experiences. This role is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. This role is part of the Mint Outlet, reporting into the Outlets operations manager.
What you will do:
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with a team of servers
- Manage the host stand, review the reservation book and make recommendations as to the setup of the table sections
- Ensure cleanliness of each section of the dining rooms and make necessary improvements as well as check each table prior to opening to ensure its proper set
- Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and restaurant information
Desired Candidate Profile
One to two years previous experience in Food & Beverage outlet; previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset
Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
Strong communication skills
