تقرير إلى مدير وحدة الأعمال، يكون مدير المشروع مسؤولاً عن التخطيط والتنسيق والإدارة لمشاريع العملاء في قطاع الطيران. يقود الفرق الفنية والمهندسين والفنيين، كما يتواصل مع العملاء ووظائف الدعم. بفضل مهاراته القيادية القوية، يضمن التنفيذ الناجح للمشروعات مع الالتزام بمتطلبات الجودة والتكلفة والوقت.
المهام الرئيسية:
- إدارة جميع مراحل المشروع من الإطلاق حتى التسليم النهائي.
- إدارة الفرق التقنية وفرق الجودة في الموقع.
- مراقبة الجداول الزمنية والميزانيات ومؤشرات الأداء.
- تنسيق الاتصال بين الفرق الداخلية والعملاء.
- تقديم تقارير إلى مدير وحدة الأعمال.
- تحديد المخاطر وإدارة إجراءات التصحيح.
- تعزيز الممارسات الجيدة والتحسين المستمر.
الملف المرشح المثالي
درجة الماجستير (Bac+5) في الهندسة الصناعية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الطيران. خبرة مثبتة (لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات) في إدارة مشاريع الطيران مطلوبة. معرفة بمعايير الطيران (EN9100، ISO 9001). مهارات إدارة فريق وتنسيق فنية ممتازة. القيادة والدقة والمهارات التحليلية. الطلاقة في اللغة الفرنسية والإنجليزية المهنية.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of client projects in the aerospace sector. They lead technical teams, engineers, and technicians, while also liaising with clients and support functions. Possessing strong leadership skills, they ensure the successful execution of projects while adhering to quality, cost, and time requirements.
Main tasks:
- Manage all project phases, from launch to final delivery.
- Manage the technical and quality teams on site.
- Monitor schedules, budgets and performance indicators.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and clients.
- Provide reporting to the Business Unit Manager.
- Identify risks and manage corrective actions.
- Promote good practices and continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aeronautics. Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in aeronautical project management required. Knowledge of aeronautical standards (EN9100, ISO 9001). Excellent team management and technical coordination skills. Leadership, rigor, and analytical skills. Fluency in French and professional English.
