KITEA Group is recruiting a Warehouse Quality Control Agent to strengthen its Supply Chain teams.

Main missions

Ensure the qualitative and quantitative control of goods upon their arrival at the warehouse, identify anomalies (defects, missing items, non-conformities), and guarantee the conformity of products to KITEA Group's specifications and quality standards.

As such, your main responsibilities will be:

Control the qualitative and quantitative conformity of goods upon their arrival at the warehouse.
Verify compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and defined specifications.
Identify, analyze, and report anomalies, defects, damages, or discrepancies found during reception.
Prepare non-conformity reports and ensure follow-up of corrective actions with stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Purchasing, Supply, Logistics teams, and suppliers to resolve quality disputes.
Monitor and analyze quality indicators related to receptions.
Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement of control and reception processes.
Ensure the application of quality procedures and safety standards in effect within the warehouse.
Profile sought
Bac+5 degree in Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
First experience in a similar role in a logistics, industrial, or retail environment is desirable.
Good command of quality control tools and non-conformity management.
Knowledge of logistics processes and warehouse reception operations.
Proficiency in IT tools and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Excellent analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills.
Rigor, organizational skills, responsiveness, and team spirit.
 

A diploma of Master's degree (Bac+5) or higher is required.

Significant professional experience of 5 to 10 years is sought.

To excel in this role, your background must demonstrate solid expertise in the areas of production, quality, safety, and maintenance. Your skills in team management, analysis, and problem-solving will be essential. Excellent command of quality tools and methods is expected, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
