الوظيفة :
سيقوم مستشار PMO بدعم فريق مشروع محلي وسيكون مسؤولاً عن:
• إدارة ومراقبة ميزانية المشروع: تتبع التكاليف الفعلية والالتزامات والتوقعات، والتأكد من توافقها مع الميزانية المخصصة؛
• تحليل الانحرافات المالية: تحديد الانحرافات بين التكاليف المخطط لها والفعلية، واقتراح خطط تدبير التصحيح؛
• إدارة التوقعات المالية: تطوير وتحديث التوقعات التكلفة بالتعاون مع مديري المشاريع وأصحاب المصلحة؛
• إدارة المؤشرات المالية: تعريف وتتبع مؤشرات الأداء المالي (مثلاً التكلفة التراكمية، انحراف التكلفة، العائد على الاستثمار)
• تحسين التكاليف: تحديد فرص التوفير وتخفيض التكاليف دون التأثير على الجودة أو المواعيد النهائية؛
• قيادة المراجعات المالية
الملف المطلوب :
- مؤسسة هندسية أو شهادة ماجستير في الهندسة
- خبرة مهنية من 0 إلى 6 سنوات بعد التخرج.
- خبرة في قطاع السيارات/الفضاء/السكك الحديدية
- القدرة على العمل في موقع العميل ثلاث أيام في الأسبوع على الأقل
- إتقان أساسيات التكاليف: CBS، التكلفة المباشرة/غير المباشرة، CAPEX/OPEX، التكلفة حتى الإتمام، التحليل المتوقع/الفعلي، تحليل عبء العمل/القدرة، منحنى عبء العمل
- إتقان أدوات إدارة التكاليف: Planisware, Primavera, SAP/Oracle
- إتقان جيد جداً لأدوات المكتب، بما في ذلك Excel/PPT
- معرفة وخبرة في بيئات صناعية في السيارات/الفضاء/السكك الحديدية
- عقلية استشارية مطورة: مستقل، مرن، مبادر، موجهة نحو العميل/النتيجة، "متعلم سريع"

The PMO consultant will support a local project team and will be responsible for:
• Managing and controlling the project budget: Track actual costs, commitments, and forecasts, ensuring they align with the allocated budget;
• Analyzing financial variances: Identify deviations between planned and actual costs, and propose corrective action plans;
• Managing financial forecasts: Develop and update cost forecasts in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders;
• Managing financial indicators: Define and track financial KPIs (e.g., Cumulative Cost, Cost Variance, ROI)
• Optimizing costs: Identify opportunities for savings and cost reduction without impacting quality or deadlines;
• Leading financial reviews
Required profile :
- Engineering school or M2 engineering degree
- Professional experience from 0 to 6 years after graduation.
- Experience in the automotive/aeronautics/railway sector
- Ability to work on client site at least 3 days/week
- Proficiency in cost fundamentals: CBS, direct/indirect cost, CAPEX/OPEX, cost to complete, forecast/actual analysis, workload/capacity analysis, workload curve
- Proficiency in cost management tools: Planisware, Primavera, SAP/Oracle
- Very good command of office tools, including Excel/PPT
- Knowledge and experience in automotive/aeronautics/railway industrial environments
- Developed consulting mindset: autonomous, flexible, proactive, client/result-oriented, "fast learner"
- Very good communicator
