Reporting to the Commercial Department, you will be responsible for developing and retaining a client portfolio in the MICE and Leisure segments, while actively contributing to the hotel's commercial performance.
Main missions:
- Develop sales in the MICE and Leisure segments.
- Prospect for new accounts and retain existing partners.
- Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on commercial proposals.
- Ensure market watch and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a fluid and qualitative customer experience.
- Represent the hotel at client meetings, professional events, and commercial actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a hotel sales role.
- Good knowledge of the MICE and/or Leisure segments.
- Excellent negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Analytical mind, autonomy, and results-oriented.
- Good communication skills in French and English.
