Description of the position Attached to the General Management, you will ensure the maintenance, security and compliance of all the hotel's facilities.
Management: Supervise and lead the technical and maintenance team.
Maintenance: Lead preventive and curative maintenance of buildings, equipment and installations (HVAC, electricity, plumbing, swimming pool).
Budget: Manage operating (OPEX) and investment (CAPEX) budgets.
Regulations: Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene standards and ERP regulations.
Subcontracting: Monitor contracts and coordinate the interventions of external service providers.
Environment: Optimize energy and water consumption (CSR).
Desired Candidate Profile
Higher education in engineering, maintenance, or electromechanics.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the hotel industry (4* / 5*) or in the management of large complexes.
Solid multidisciplinary technical skills.
Leadership, rigor, reactivity, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in French (English is an asset).

الملف المطلوب
التعليم العالي في الهندسة، الصيانة، أو الكهرباء الميكانيكية.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في وظيفة مماثلة، ويفضل في قطاع الفنادق (4 نجوم / 5 نجوم) أو في إدارة مجمعات كبيرة.
مهارات تقنية متعددة التخصصات قوية.
القيادة، والدقة، والاستجابة السريعة، والمهارات التنظيمية.
إتقان الفرنسية (الإنجليزية ميزة).
