What You'll Do

As a Project Leader at BCG’s Casablanca office, you will lead consulting teams and work closely with senior executives cross-sector, for example, mining, financial services, government or public sector or industrial goods to address their most critical strategic and operational challenges. You will play a key role in structuring complex problems, developing recommendations, and ensuring projects deliver meaningful and sustainable impact.

You will collaborate with colleagues and industry experts across Casablanca and BCG’s global network to help clients navigate disruption, accelerate digital transformation, strengthen risk and regulatory capabilities, and unlock new growth opportunities.

Examples of engagements may include:

• Develop a growth strategy for the retail banking business of an African financial group
• Develop a Decarbonization Roadmap for Global Fertilizer Player
• Building comprehensive Target Operating Model for Crisis Management in Mining
• Physical Climate Risk Assessment for an Oil and Gas Player 

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Lead project teams to analyse complex challenges and deliver strategic recommendations across sectors
• Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable strategies for senior client stakeholders
• Manage project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong collaboration, and timely outcomes
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders and facilitate productive discussions and decision-making
• Coach and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Contribute to knowledge development and thought leadership within BCG’s practices
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and client engagement

What You'll Bring

• 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in top-tier consulting, or a related industry with demonstrated consulting experience
• Deep expertise in one or more sectors (for example, mining, industrial goods, automotive, energy, government/ public, banking/ financial services, digital transformations)
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership to provide proficiency in prioritizing and balancing multiple project demands
• Excellent analytical, and strategic thinking abilities to develop transformative solutions
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage and align cross functional teams
• Adept at relationship building and client management across various levels.
• Commitment to inclusivity, developing others and creating an environment of mutual trust and respect
