Job Description
The CBO Analyst ensures the administration of credit insurance policies, with a specialization in issuing policies and endorsements. He/She ensures the precise and timely processing of contractual documents in accordance with underwriting decisions, while guaranteeing data quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to service level agreements. He/She collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure a high quality of service and efficient operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Carry out the activities necessary for the smooth functioning of contracts in the relevant systems, particularly the management of contractual terms and billing.
- Issue contractual documents such as policies, contracts, endorsements, premium notices, and invoices.
- Process requests, complaints, and inquiries from clients or intermediaries in collaboration with the sales team and Account Executives.
- Manage and prioritize requests while ensuring regular communication with entities and the Team Leader to guarantee SLA compliance.
Internal and External Support
- Record and create policies in Coface systems.
- Receive and process information and documents provided by prospects and clients to compile and update files.
- Process commercial information, analyze anomalies, and update systems.
- Issue contractual documents (policies and contracts) in accordance with instructions received and ensure their correct recording in the various information systems.
- Respond effectively to internal and external client requests within Coface response times.
Control and Process
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and productivity.
- Ensure the proper execution of operational processes.
- Keep insured files up-to-date and correctly documented.
- Ensure effective communication with sales, technical, and management teams.
- Apply KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures and requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to process and control financial data.
- Knowledge of financial statements, premium calculations, and KPI tracking.
- Good command of French.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in an international environment.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or equivalent field.
- Solid analytical skills and customer orientation.
